How Much Will My Repair Cost & How Long Will it Take?
Our goal is to complete your repair as quickly as possible while thoroughly addressing every aspect of the damage. That’s why costs and length of time of the repair are based on the vehicle and its condition. We may be able to provide a “guestimate,” but the best way for us to provide you with accurate answers as to the costs and length of time is for us to perform a complete estimate. After we complete the estimate, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. We know that being without your vehicle is inconvenient, but our top priority is completing your prepare correctly and in a timely manner.
Will Bessette’s Waive My Deductible?
We are not authorized to waive your deductible – only your insurance company can do so. Usually, if a shop claims they will “waive your deductible,” something is being left out fo the repair process without the customer knowing. We recommend you speak to your insurance agent about the amount of your deductible and whether or not it can be waived.
Can I Bring My Vehicle to Bessette’s if You Aren’t On My Insurance?
Yes! We work with all types of insurance, even if your company isn’t a partner with us. Michigan law allows you to pick the repair shop of your choice by prohibiting insurance companies from forcing you to go to certain facilities. Don’t let your insurance company tell you your repairs won’t be covered under warranty unless you go to a shop on their approved list. We stand behind our work and offer lifetime warranties for as long as you own your car. All of our parts are covered under manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Will My Car Ever Be the Same After an Accident?
